I'm trying to build a nurture drip email that suggests a few pieces of content to read, but I want to make sure that the content offered is something the reader has not yet downloaded.
My thought is to create a segmentation, but I'm hoping there's another way. I set up a segment called 'downloaded white paper A'. the dynamic email showed one version if they already downloaded white paper A, and a different version if they haven't. Obviously this is only going to work in the very short term, as once people have seen both, or if when entering the nurture they've seen both, then how can I serve them more content?
