The email performance report seems to reflect an inaccurate view of leads that have truly unsubscribed based on the mailing sent.
For this mailing:
It looks like the “unsubscribed” in the email performance report is “Leads who unsubscribed to this email) = 9 - can you confirm?
The report shows 9 leads (however when I run a smart list on Unsubscribed from this email = 15.
I'm looking for an auto-generated report that incorporates
- Unsubscribed from email
- Receives the email and unsubscribes (unsubscribed = True). In the case of this mailing there are 123 leads that have unsubscribed based on this mailing.
Because I want to present a realistic picture to my stakeholders of the unsubscribes to the email, I have to manually adjust the number for the Unsubscribes on the email performance report before sending it - vs. having the correct unsubscribe number reflect on the report so I can send to subscribers.
