I used to be able to submit a case in Marketo. However, in the past few days, this is what I get (no matter which browser I use) :
Did I modify anything unintentionally? Can someone tell me how I can fix this?
I had to reach out to the Support Feedback team and they were able to restore my access to the support portal in a very short amount of time
How do you usually navigate to your cases? Community > products & support > support > submit a case > my cases?
Yep. And also from My Stuff > My cases. I get this screenshot every time.
I just opened a case in Marketo through my colleague's account. Will let you know what the issue was
