Microsoft Custom Entity Fields

We have recently created a custom entity in CRM, called STATS,  which is associated with an Account record.


I have turned on sync for this custom entity in Marketo, however cannot see any of the fields for this entity to be used as a Marketo Token or filter.


For example, the STATS entity has a field called TOTAL TRANSACTIONS.


I would like to use TOTAL TRANSACTIONS as a token in an email to a client and account manager, as well as using this field as a trigger / filter for a smart campaign.
