We've had more down time than usual lately, and our campaigns are being aborted. This, of course, is very detrimental to our business. Is there any mention of guaranteed uptime anywhere?
I would check your contract for any specific language like that, and voice any concerns to your Account Manager or Support.
You could ask to move to a diff pod if that's the problem. I've almost never seen a batch get cancelled by the System. If anything, I've seen slowdowns, but either Support or I would have to deliberately kill a process.
I remember an information saying that if a batch takes more than 4 hours to compile the smart list, it will abort. I have never seen it applied either, so not sure it's real or event still valid.
