Wondering if anybody else has been having issues this week sending out sample emails. We've been having issues since Tuesday as far as we can tell, and it seems to coincide with the recent update. Does anybody know what's going on?
Did you ask Support?
I usually have issues when the email itself is broken, however, I have had problems when the SMTP is routed incorrectly.
Not a Marketo problem. The problem is on our end due to some security upgrades/changes our IT dept. made. Found this out via Marketo support.
