It's how we determine the transition between an MQL and a SAL, but I've checked a couple of Lead records and I don't see any specific activity appearing in the Marketo activity logs. Is it something that needs to be added to the profile in Salesforce?
Oddly, i can see some other Activities info from Salesforce in Marketo - but not this specific thing that I need!
