Hello I got multiple notification in last few days.
Couple of lead failed to sync to SFDC.
How do I create smart list and then force manual sync ?

Marketo will try every 24 hours, I believe, to sync the leads. So, they might already been synced. Are you using salesforce?
I found I was reaching my API limit when using the "Sync to Campaign" flow step. So instead, I attached the campaign at the program level, then used a flow step to update program status. That attaches them to the campaign using less API calls. I am not the most technical person, so I don't know if I have all the jargon right here, but the basis should work.
Yes I am using Salesforce, I will follow your suggestion.
