Description

Marketo Foundation Training provides instruction on best practices and key functionality of Marketo. Students will learn through instructor-led guidance as well as hands-on exercises to reinforce key concepts. It’s the ideal course for new users to learn the basics. This is a classroom training course delivered at a Marketo training site.

 

TOPICS:

Managing Customer Data

Learn how to get people into the database and manage information associated with each record. Then target your audience by creating Smart Lists.

 

Creative Assets

All you need to start building out your first Marketo email program including managing your images, designing emails and landing pages, creating a form, and A/B testing.

 

Programs, Campaigns, and Scoring

Learn how to choose which program you should use, create automated campaigns and score people for a maximum win rate.

 

Engagement Program and Reporting

Nurture your customers with the engagement program, and learn how to use standard reports in Marketo.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Some exercises in this course require full admin privileges: creating custom fields, blocking field updates, and creating tags. Seats available for purchase on a first come, first served basis. Registration typically closes 3 days before course start date.
