Getting 404 error when I click on a link in email subscription report

Issue:

I have a report subscription in my inbox, when I click on a link to get further information I get a 404 error in my browser.

Solution:

Links in report subscription emails are set to expire for security purposes. By default, they expire 3 days after they are sent. You can customize the expiration time.

Go to Admin and click on Login Settings.

Click on Edit URL Expiration.

You can change the default value of 3 to anything between 1 and 15.
