Question:

My campaign seems to be delayed, what is going on?

Answer:

You may have multiple campaigns running and some of them are queued. You can use the Campaign Queue to get an overview of all running and queued campaigns in your instance of Marketo.

Admin rights required.

Go to Marketing Activities and click on Campaign Queue.

What do the above icons mean?

Marketo uses a number of factors to prioritize trigger campaigns by High, Medium, Low. See How Campaign Processing Works for details.

Batch Campaigns - lists campaigns that are ready to run leads at the time of lookup. Campaigns run in a round robin fashion.

A green play button displays next to the batch campaign that is actively running.

All other batch campaigns queued up to run are noted with a pause button.

Trigger Campaigns - lists campaigns that have already been triggered and are waiting to be processed.

A blue arrow indicates a low priority trigger campaign is currently being processed in a round robin fashion.

Marketo will not process lower priority triggers until higher priority ones are completed.
